Shelter Cove at Odell Lake, Oregon - Lots of Wind!

As the summer comes to an end, we are frantically sqeezing in every chance possible to play on our MacGregor Motorsailor. Check out our boat on Odell Lake, with Willamette Pass in the background! Shelter Cove Resort and Marina had everything, including free internet. Check out their link ^ and look at the cabins and camping area and boat moorage and rentals. The owners were very nice and it was fun watching all the fishermen.

We've been looking forward to this trip with Tom and Marti, and their friends, Bob and Lydia, and Mike and Julie, at a lake we've never been to. We also ran into Patti and her husband from B3 cafeteria at HP. We decided that we should all go say hi to her and hopefully not embarass her too much. The reason the picture looks weird is because of the dust we kicked up.....

We have already made reservations for a cabin in July since this Labor Day and Labor Day 2007 is already booked full! Here's the cabin we reserved. It has 2 bedrooms downstairs with double beds and 4 twin beds in the loft. We can't wait to go and hopefully will find someone to go with us!

Here's Bob and Lydia, on the bow, while Craig, Tom and Marti held down the stern. I just jump around, taking pictures!

Inside the Kokanee Lodge...........it says it sleeps 10 but you could easily get around 25 people! Remember, this is available year round!

We had such a great time...
