Time out from sailing for Father's Day on Saturday with a breakfast of Oslakrinkla and scrambled eggs and lots of butter! Ymmm....
Mom and Dad came and after breakfast Katie and Dominic and Kim and Chloe showed up. We had a good time visiting but Mom and Dad had to get home. Check out my Mom's birthday present! They love their Saturn Vue!
Later we BBQ'd and ate steak and Caesar salad. Dominic helped Papa Craig do the BBQing.
On Sunday we actually went to Fern Ridge Lake and boated around for a while. It wasn't very warm so we didn't stay too long. Next week we will take the boat out and it's supposed to be in the 80's. We will be taking our MacGregor motorsailor somewhere for vacation with the kids. We're not sure where yet. It needs to be close since we only have 5 days.....
We might check out the Columbia River in Portland. We'll keep you posted!
